The breakfast with meats was efficient and satisfactory for what you got. Great location adjacent to the center of town, I felt safe. It also was right next to the water bus stop.

I liked the breakfast with a good choice of coffee and toast. The venue was in a central location next to water taxis and vaporetto and several excellent restaurants. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was extremely helpful and professional during all this time.

The venue is fantastic and wonderful, its location is fantastic, right by N going to all the tourist attractions in Venice, excellent restaurants and bars, and San Stae water bus stop and walking distance to St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Wanted to explore Venice and this hotel was perfect base for doing it. We could see garden from our window. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Charming restaurant served local specialties.
